As a commercial Pricing Analyst my main role is to assist the Lead engineers with Data Detection manipulation and assist with completing small cost claims. The main aim is to assist the team in making savings. Each day I work on Warranty orders and investigate the reasons warranty has been denied and challenge to make savings.

• As a Billing Analyst my main role covered several different duties all completed to a highly accurate standard. I carried out a senior role within the team, in being a first point of call and leading the team to.
• Maintain customer bills/invoices, including manual monthly billing cycles for our biggest customers.
• Excel skills – Manual invoices include pivots, formula’s and detailed analysis.
• Deal with incoming customer queries promptly, and follow these through to resolution by telephone and email in line with agreed timescales.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring customers are regularly updated on query status.
• Analysing customers inventory to sure the automated billing platforms are operating accurately and efficiently.

• As a Customer Loss Handler with Avis Budget group UK my primary role is to investigate vehicle damage disputes for my assigned accounts.This involves working out costs and ensuring the validity of claims.
• Employs effective and efficient systems & processes to extract maximum possible billing within timescales.
• Collects controls and amends all relevant information and documentation to maintain a clear audit trail to support claims.
• Built and maintained strong relationships with account parties to allow speedy process and positive outcome of claims.
• Respond to customer queries to minimise delays to claim resolution and ensure maximum billing.
