I help organizations become sustainable and impactful online education providers by helping them to:- Embrace an ambitious vision for learning and the impact it can have on their communities- Build high-value, outcomes based learning programs- Train internal staff to design, develop, deliver, and monitor online programs- Streamline operations, including processes, tools, roles, and educational technologies – like LMSs.I have worked with over 40 organizations across sectors and causes including: education, health care, career and employment, democratic advocacy, Indigenous rights and capacity building, gender equality, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, and most recently, affordable housing.I have played a number of different roles in my career in the field of education and learning innovation:- High school teacher - Education researcher- University lecturer- eLearning executive- Education business owner and consultant- EdTech startup advisor & accelerator mentor- Nonprofit board member (currently looking for my next board role)- Expert for EdTech Mergers & Acquisitions Each of these roles has allowed me to deepen my knowledge and skills, diversify my perspective, and build my network within the Canadian and US ecosystems.
