As an architect/design professional, I create effective, quality design solutions from initial analysis, programming phases and conceptual work through design development and detailing. I managed multiple projects in corporate arena with teams of professionals and mentored young professionals.Projects types include office, retail, healthcare, education, performing arts and residential. Master planning of large scale mixed use projects, campus plans, office parks, retail centers and residential communities. Learning a number of specialized building types during my career, I have experience in a broad range of projects that illustrate my expertise. Projects include both base building and interiors as well as site planning and feasibility studies. One primary role has been initiating design with clients and working through zoning, community relations, government approvals and finalizing design to create successful and profitable results for clients. I also achieved LEED AP accreditation on June 25, 2009.
