• Lead Designer responsible and accountable for the user experience of RedHat's Smart Management offering which includes Red Hat Satellite, Red Hat Insights, and CCX (Connected Customer Experience).• Providing mentoring, coaching, and design direction to the Smart Management Design team. • Connect the user experience strategy story between applications found within Red Hat Insights and externally between Red Hat Insights, Red Hat Satellite and CCX.• Identify inconsistencies and promoting scalability. • Orchestrate and participate in ancillary activities that are critical to creating better designs including customer meetings, engineering and roadmap discussion.
