• Provide first point of contact for all enquiries, eligibility and referrals for services.
• Receive referrals and screen to determine eligibility for the program.
• Facilitate referrals as necessary for those people who do not meet the programs guidelines.
• Verify and update information in client data base including other administrative duties such as updating and managing the coaches calendars
