• Engaged 350+ community service providers and key decision-makers to advance the Mayor’s Office of Health and Human Services mission to eradicate youth homelessness by creating the HHS Youth Experiencing Homelessness Training Institute.• Founded direct cash transfer program ensuring a $50,000 resource allocation to provide youth experiencing homelessness with basic needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. This program was created through a partnership with a youth serving community based organization.• Increased capacity of eleven departments in the Health and Human Services cabinet, including the Mayor's Office of Recovery Services, the Boston Public Health Commission, Age Friendly Boston, the Department of Youth Employment and Engagement, and Boston Centers for Youth and Families.

• Established the first work-based mentoring program at City Hall to coach and train the next generation of community leaders.
