Conduct telephone interviews, arrange candidates for registration, fill both temporary and permanent positions, administration, sourcing leads, cold calling, obtaining new business, negotiating and finalising terms of business.

Internal and external development, payroll, admin, recruitment, holding trial days, presenting company inductions, holding end of day interviews, training advisers, attendance, floor walks, managing social media, development of advisers, floor meetings and general management of the call centre.During my time at Clean Green Marketing I assisted in growing the call centre from 40 telesales advisers to over 100. Working closely with the Managing Director and owners of the business to also develop the door-canvassing side in both Norwich and Milton Keynes.

Cold calling, qualifying, arranging appointment’s for homeowners, working to targets, team leading, weekly 1-2-1's, training, motivating and conducting team meetings.

Business to business sales, researching, developing new business with potential overseas clients, obtaining lists of suppliers, selling advertising space and negotiating. Two of my biggest achievements whilst working with CBS Media, individually to generate in excess of £25k over a 4 week period working with a subsidiary of coca cola in Saudi Arabia. And as a team we generated £98k in advertising revenues over a four month period, supporting a 20% increase on the previous year.

General day to day running the shop floor, selling, open/close the shop, stock control, hiring, training and marketing.

During my role at Swinton insurance I successfully completed six month management course resulting in me managing a twelve man team ensuring compliance standards met, weekly 1-2-1’s and general motivation.Contacting existing policy holders, up-selling, working to targets, passing compliance checks, listening, rapport building, objection handling and closing.I later went on to introduce new products into the business which contributed to the growth and led to the decision to hire additional advisers.

Face to face selling with consumers, working to targets, passing secret shopper visits and general store duties. Ultimately taking on the role as head of department. This is where my interest in sales all began.
