I am excited about working with the members of the Salinas Valley Chamber of Commerce. One of the actions I love to do is connecting members to members and getting referral to our members. As I learn about our different members, through calls or meeting up with members, I can spread the word of each member’s services, products and skills.With my friendly, upbeat personality, I will personally contact existing member businesses, coordinate ribbon cuttings and other member’s events. Assist members in promoting their businesses through the Chamber; educate members on programs and services.

Worked with a diverse client base including boutique shops, shopping center ad agency, mom and pop businesses, non-profit organizations, city and county agencies and utilities. Sold print, online, special section and newspaper insert ads to new and existing customers. Cold called businesses to build relationships and assist with advertising campaigns. Created marketing strategies, researched target audiences and recommended marketing programs. This was the largest local sale of stemware on the Monterey Peninsula up to 2001.• Out-sold San Francisco sales representatives in Roederer Estate sparkling wine contest despite having significantly smaller territory both in number and dollar volume. • Captured lion’s share of wine, beer and spirits sales for upscale boutique wine shop by calling on owner prior to opening; also, acquired a hundred percent of stemware sales from this wine shop for over four years.
