Roxanne managed IBM's business consulting services account with the Department of Treasury to include all subordinate Bureaus such as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), U.S. Mint, Fiscal Service, etc., as well as the Department of Transportation, and National Archives and Records Administration. In this Partner/Director role, she had the direct financial (revenue, profit, signings, accounts receivable), growth and client satisfaction responsibility for the account. She developed and maintained the overall account strategy and worked with various organizations, including 3rd party partnerships, to ensure that the strategy was carried forward and executed properly. Roxanne was involved in the Department of Treasury Small Business Mentor Protege Program and two of her projects/proteges won awards in 2009 and 2015. In addition, she worked closely with client C-suite executives and managed the overall relationship to achieve targets for the account. This included the development of new key client relationships necessary to expand IBM services. Roxanne also worked closely with delivery teams, 3rd party partners, and cross-corporate organizations within IBM to ensure that the projects in the overall portfolio met client expectations and delivered results to the satisfaction of the Government.
