Worked with Senior Partners and Management to create and implement a more efficient data base for managing client files.

Worked as a general litigation paralegal, managing a case load of anywhere between 25-50 cases. Responsibilities included: client sign ups and intake; writing demand letters; acquiring medical records, Welfare, Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security Information; sending out discovery requests; completing interrogatories and production requests; preparing rudimentary motions, subpoenas, settlement memos, and pre-trial memorandums; conducting legal research; preparing binders for arbitrations and/or trial; preparing clients for depositions, arbitrations and/or trials. Also responsible for managing office social media, and assisting with overseeing internet marketing efforts, including writing blogs for the website and working with the SEO/Website Manager to ensure proper optimization. Also worked with Senior Partners and Management to create and implement a more efficient manner of managing client litigation files.
