Contract Compliance for M/WBE vendors and prime contractors to verify payments to participating M/WBE vendors. Worked with 16 administrative agencies to increase the utilization of M/WBE vendors in the agency’s discretionary expenditure. Chaired the contract compliance council. This council met every quarter to discuss ways to increase M/WBE expenditures, and the methods utilized to calculate percentages that are used to measure the utilization of M/WBE vendors in the agency’s discretionary expenditures. Analyzed the reports created by the agency’s procurement personnel and met with the agency’s director and contract compliance council members to find ways where OEO could help the agency find vendors that the agency needs to increase their M/WBE utilization percentage. Attended pre-bid conferences organized by Purchasing Staff, so that the prospective prime contractors are informed of the M/WBE vendors that are available to work with them. Work with the 16 Executive Departments to measure and increase diversity within the workforce. Completed and submitted the EEO-4 report for the State of Missouri. Responsible for the Supplier and Workforce Diversity Area in the Annual Report.
