Recruiting Software Engineers into startups across South Africa. CloudStream, a division of the TechStream Group, is an innovative and diverse talent solutions provider, dedicated to providing advanced technology and transformation skills across consulting, start-up or enterprise environments.

By the time I finished this role I was a Senior Consultant mentoring and managing junior team members. My core focus for 2 years was placing Senior .NET Developers into development teams across the South West. The majority of the business I did was in Gloucestershire, Bath and Bristol.I worked with amazing financial services businesses, fintech start ups, cyber security startups, software houses, digital agencies and ecommerce businesses. I also worked with some amazing Business Analysts and Data Scientists in my time at ISL.

I worked with VIP Procter & Gamble Employees and project managed their moves from anywhere in the world into Geneva, an innovation hub. This involved managing all of the suppliers to get families from A to B, such as home finding agents, shipment companies, tax advisers, social security consultants.It was super important building trust with these employees as they pick up their lives and move them to the other side of the world. This was a great job - it was awesome working with people from all over the world and supporting them through their journeys.

This was my first role in recruitment and I learnt so much about the industry. I managed the temporary recruitment of hospitality and industrial staff for businesses in the Cotswolds. When I took over this warmish desk their were about 10 temps working a week, when I left I had up to 70 temps working every week.It was intense, but it was great!
