For the Hallmark Foundation I am responsible for the “Who Cares Wins!” project, which focuses on forging national educational partnerships between the education and social care sectors to inspire more young people to pursue careers in social care. At The Goyal Foundation my role involves developing meaningful partnerships so we can our mission our mission of the Inner Spark programme, to support 1 million young people by 2030. We provide free workshops to schools that have high numbers of students on free school meals. The workshops support life skills and support with developing positive mindsets. I lead a dynamic team of external stakeholders who are dedicated to transforming this vision into reality. -

Regional Sales ManagerThe Challenge May 2018 - Nov 2019Reading, United KingdomAccountable for the performance of two geographical regions in the South East, line managing 14 staff members in four different departments and driving performance from the expression of interest through to the full sign up and turn up of young people attending The National Citizen Service (NCS) programme. • A member of the Senior Leadership team, overseeing the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire • Responsible for all Recruitment, onboarding, performance management and office management • Managed a team of 14 employees across various departments• Successful and sensitively managed TUPE transfers and redundancy process• Created and delivered training to other regions in the country who were underperforming, I had a track record for achieving high results. • Under my leadership and by designing tailored training plans the region exceeded KPI’s for the first time in four years. Prior to my leadership, the region was underperforming. However, during my time as Regional Manager the region consistently exceeded resultsYear on year growth with the number of external stakeholders ranging from; Schools, Colleges, Charities, and Corporate partners. 32% increase in growth in event bookings through current and new business. Recruit, train and onboard all my staff members. Through retaining top talent and not settling for underperformance, the region has the lowest staff attrition along with high staff satisfaction scores. I was responsible for building the pipeline for the field sales team. Building relationships with over 200 stakeholders within the education system ranging from; Colleges, Independent schools and State schools to ensure that their students are given the opportunity to engage in NCS. Being adaptable, flexible and listening to stakeholders I achieved a 24% increase in events bookings with stakeholders, lowered the rejection rate by 5% along with increasing the total number of accounts accessed by 13%.I recruited and trained 2 Assistant Account managers. Creating onboarding materials and having quality assurance measures for the team there was an increased conversion rate of 7% surpassing the overall conversion target by 5%, whilst also gaining an 18% increase in total sales than the year before. -

This role did not exist before I started the role through strong relationship management and understanding stakeholders I received a National Award in recognition for receiving the highest number of sign-ups from non-mainstream organisations. I established national partnerships with various organisations, one of those being the Ministry of Justice which The Challenge held no prior relationship with and still to this day continues. I worked independently and was the inclusion specialist within the Reading Office, I delivered training to other staff members to upskil them on CAHMS, Social Services, NEET, LAC & YOT. When the sales Associates went into mainstream schools, they were able to engage with more young people in the audience and the social mix on the programme was diversified even further. -
