I am the founder and owner of HNE, managing a handful of artists. This includes Rapper/Producer Hatter, Singer/Songwriter Sylvia Mwenze and a 15 artist group ALL INC. Collective, which includes high-profile and up-and-coming independent artists; Rag'n'Bone Man, The Purist, Thomas Jules, K9, Sylvia Mwenze, Hatter, Clementine Douglas, Ceezlin, Bobbie Johnson, Purple Velvet Curtains, Pavv and Gizmo.

I am the female voice for two radio stations, Decadance and Trickstar, and have had work featured on Sky TV for an advert for Aquapax.

I organize a monthly music networking event and host a discussion with panel members on different issues that affect the music industry with a focus on the impact it has on the local music scene in Brighton.

I present the weekday Breakfast Show, bringing fresh content to our audience live and interviewing both established and local artists weekly. I interview local businesses for our campaign Live Life Local to spotlight and encourage local spending and awareness. Each month I also present a show called Self Care Sundays to provide continued support for our listeners' mental and physical wellbeing.For these shows, I handle content creation for on-air and help to build our online presence. I am greatly involved in developing the branding, sound and partnerships of the station and establishing relationships with sponsors. I also pursue and advise on ways to continuously improve equality and diversity within the local music industry and at the station.

I began working as an International Events Assistant, looking after European tours for Eddie Izzard, Tommy Tiernan, Daniel Sloss and Stephen K Amos. I spent a month Event Managing at Edinburgh Fringe Festival, managing Reginald D Hunter, Loyiso Gola, Grace Campbell, and Tommy Tiernan. I was then promoted to Assistant Promoter where I worked on UK tours for several more acts and also managed the bookings for nation wide shows for our roster of International management acts.
