Results included front-page national news articles and features in various trade outlets. A strategic focus on LinkedIn dramatically increased the number of followers and engagement at a rate never previously seen.Crafted and oversaw the communications plan for significant projects including the restriction of rock climbing in the Grampians to protect Aboriginal heritage, construction of infrastructure at the Twelve Apostles and the construction of a 13 day hike, the Grampians Peaks Trail. I worked to educate journalists to build advocacy for the programs amongst discerning communities with competing stakeholder views.I designed a measurement framework working closely with the broader marketing division to establish performance metrics, align messaging and ensure an integrated approach that would meet the Minister and Board expectations.
