• Provide Weekly action plans to the production team on immediate and future requirements from a merchandise perspective• Working with the Operations Director processing and managing Production flow. Providing production forecasts, communicating current and future requirements.• Assisting Fabric Buyer, forecasting all fabric requirements for design team and production usage, maintaining a consistent flow and accurate fabric allocation. • Working closely with the fabric buyer for updates on the progress of fabric supply and addressing any issues that may arrive.• Developing and managing the range plan for the on going Staple Program, in conjunction with the Merchandise Manager and Design Team• Managing the inventory and Sales of Staple products by:- Maintaining Staple Product sales and stock forecasts- Recommending exit strategies, as new products enter the range oras products decline in sales.- Managing the restock process in connection with production, ensuring the ability to restock to maximum potential on a weekly basis- analysing weekly sales and continued monitoring of sales for each product and the staple range.• Assisting in range planning and forecasting sales for upcoming collections and staple products.• Developing WH stock flow forecasts in conjunction with the WH Manager, ensuring forecasted sales and stock are in-line.• Working alongside the Ecommerce Coordinator, advising ( and executing) the merchandising of product online based on sales and stock performance.• Managing the workflow of the 'Merchandise Coordinator – Data Maintenance and Ordering', ensuring orders can be placed to meet intended delivery windows.• Communicating requirements, priorities and deadlines to suppliers in advance to assist with workload planning.

As a member of the Production team I work closely with all manufacturing teams and production manager to ensure efficient productions of garments. My work includes the following: • Generating daily production plans for the production manager and production co-ordinators. • Working with the production manager to programme the production requirements associated with new releases. •Prioritising workflow through production and ensuring production team are aware of deadlines and have sufficient stock to ensure deadlines are met. • Resolve and communicate the day to day issues of production including any quality, fabric/printing faults / reordering issues and discrepancies. • Efficiently update and maintain inventory of all stock positions within production to ensure delivery and accuracy of stock. •Oversee stock take operations in manufacturing teams for inventory template and end of financial year, or as otherwise requested. •Assist design teams in the production of samples.

My day to day key responsibilities include: Snipping and checking quality of garments. Ensuring any faults are provided to machinists for correction. Meeting daily QC targets.
