• Process Payments made by clients and students• Answer phone calls from clients and students on a daily basis• Reconcile the clients and students accounts on a monthly basis• Perform collection activities on a weekly basis• Run reports to transfer overpaid amounts from current term to next term for students if they are registered for the next term. • Process refunds, course withdrawal and medical withdrawal for students. • Invoice clients on a weekly basis

• Assist Controller to prepare consolidated Income Statement and Statement of Financial Position• Monitor and analyze key accounts on Income Statement and Balance Sheet• Manage and reconcile Accounts Receivable with loan operating database as well as bank reconciliation monthly• Manage Accounts Payable to make sure invoices are recorded in a timely manner and assist making decisions on paying vendors based on company cash flow • Manage loan system, reconcile and upload EFT to the bank• Track capital assets and prepaid expenses, post month end amortization and prepaid expenses• Advise Client Care team on matters of collecting and settling accounts• Advise Partner Support team with funding• Work with management to improve the loan operating database
