Led several projects to implement Over The Air Activations OTA and migrate to COTA in AWS, GCP and Azure. Managed projects to implement On Demand Connectivity ODC for mobile devices in GCP. Managed projects to implement Thales Adaptive Connect, TAC. Successfully led a project to implement an KYC, Know Your Customer Identity Verification system deployed on Amazon Web Services (AWS) for a large Telecom customer.

Led a project team of resources made up of internal developers, partner resources and functional groups which successfully improved performance of 360 Oracle custom code objects by 60%, which resulted in improved end-user experience for users in nine Business Units and four World Areas. Managed a program to continuously identify, prioritize and resolve security related issues related to Oracle and Java code, through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), in Oracle and E-Business environments while providing updates on the status of the program to stakeholders and C Level Executives. Successfully led a phased rollout implementation to allow internet search engines (Google, Baidu) to index the Oracle iStore which enabled customers to search the product catalog to purchase products and services that resulted in a 20% increase in online sales. Led a project team of 40 resources to upgrade Oracle Fusion Middleware, 400+ related external interfaces and installed related hardware to Business Standards and Guidelines which resulted in 40% improvement application performance. Pioneered projects and initiatives to protect Personal Identification and Identifiable (PII) data in the Oracle database which resulted in coding standards and practices for protecting (PII) data.

I managed a program which developed and managed various projects to minimize warranty cost associated with enterprise server and storage equipment as well as to align the program with organizational goals. The program observed strict compliance with quality standards by executing thorough root cause analysis. I worked collaboratively with stakeholders in Services, Engineering, and Technical Support in identifying and resolving diverse technical issues.

I was on a responsible for interacting with customers and developing statements of work (SOWs) and cost models for the installation of Dell servers, Dell Computing Solutions (DCS) equipment, Dell, EMC CLARiiON storage, EqualLogic, and Compellent storage. I was also the subject matter expert (SME) in administering complex data center relocations

I was the Team Lead and Project Manager for a team of 6 Project Managers tasked to manage the installation the enterprise equipment for Dell’s state and federal customers. The installation included complex Storage Area Networks and server installations, data migrations, and data center re-locations for state and federal governments. I personally administered a project portfolio that generated more than $2 Million in annual revenue. The deployments included locations inside and outside the continental United States.

I was part of a team that ensured the provision of second-level support to a team of enterprise level I technicians on all Dell Enterprise hardware and software technical escalations. I was also the Project Manager and Technical Team Lead for a team which proactive field replacement for storage hardware. While on this team I resolved numerous customer technical issues and was targeted several times to go to customer locations to resolve issues on critical business systems.
