We have been serving and helping vulnerable children and families for over 40 years. Our Vision: To see every child flourish in the face of adversity and traumaOur Mission: Change the future of Child Welfare in Nebraska by mobilizing a Gospel-centered community to support vulnerable children and families. We currently offer three programs:1. Foster Care - We provide Christian based foster care services primarily to the Eastern and Southeastern part of Nebraska. We provide training and support. Provide foster care to adoption support. We leverage Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). 2. Beyond Prison - We provide parent and relational training to inmates in prison across Nebraska, supervise day visits with inmates and their children, and support families and children who have a parent in prison. 3. Families Together - Preventative and volunteer hosting (short terms stays in volunteer homes) for vulnerable children and support to parents. We use Care Portal (we are an implementing partner) connecting needs of children through DHHS to churches. Faith communities have given over $1,000,000 since 2017 across Nebraska. We provide "Becoming a Trauma Responsive Community" trainings to local churches in developing care communities (wrap around services).Launching fall of 2024 the Church and Trauma Summit and the Church and Trauma Assessment.

(2015 - 2020) On-Going development of programming strategies where we have doubled growth in a key area of our programming, but overall have seen about 10% growth across all programming over the past 3 years. Have launched new initiatives such as Family Summer Camp and College and Career Retreats. (2015-2020) Branding of entire organization. Oversaw all administrative aspects of camp and ministry, including managing a $1.3M budget. Guided daily business operations while strategically planning program offerings and curriculum. Communicated with youth and adults to identify their needs and help them solve problems, often serving as a role model and mentor. Coordinated all facility renovations and improvements. Inspired others by speaking and preaching at churches, marriage retreats, youth events, and national conferences. Developed curriculum and discipleship materials for youth, men's, women's, and couples retreats. Lead and manage all fundraising and marketing initiatives.Milestones: - Launched Teen Devotionals and Youth Group Curriculum (2018-2020): Developed 3 - 30 day devotionals and 3 - 6 week youth group curriculums. Over 4000 devotionals given out. - Developed 5 Year Strategic Plan (2018)- Developed 2 Year Fundraising Plan (2018)- Developed recurring partner program, Pathfinders (2018): in 2018 had $3500 recurring donations yearly - 2019 grew to almost $54000 yearly- Monadnock Live (2019)- A Facebook livestream updating constituency on camp and initiatives - Family Strong (2019) - our first one day off site event tackling the topic of marriage and parenting- Raised over $200,000 in 80 days to help ministry through financial crisis. (2018)- The Greatest Opportunity (2020) - partnering with Dare 2 Share and challenging every person who comes to Monadnock to share their faith with one other person.- "Wednesdays with Willie" (2020) - During the pandemic we partnered with Willie Batson, author and pastor, and delivered weekly livestream marriage content dealing with various marriage topics.

Guided operations and played a key role in developing parenting and youth programming. Served as a subject matter expert for content and channel leaders within the ministry, developing unique strategies to boost awareness of services. Developed evidence-based, nationally-recognized parenting curriculum to strengthen at-risk families.Key Accomplishments:• Developed strategy and content of Raising Highly Capable Kids curriculum and resources; negotiated assessment contracts; participated in community conversations around delivery of program. RHCK which is delivered through Rezilient Kidz focuses on increasing awareness and parenting skills through the 40 Developmental Assets framework. This quasi evidence based approach was initially implemented at 7 elementary schools in Santa Ana, CA, reaching 400+ families is now being administered in 110+ communities throughout the US. • Engaged parents and ministry members by creating unique and relevant parenting content distributed through video, text, social media, radio, and more.• Launched the Dad Matters blog to connect with families and help people make decisions that impact their marriage and relationship with Christ. Regularly contributed to blog. In 2014 was in the top 5 most impactful programs in ministry. • Speaker and presenter on fatherhood and parenting conferences and summits. • Our parenting team developed the "Make Every Day Count" Family Fun Wheel, which impacted 15000+ homes.• Our parenting team won the NRB award for "Best Use of Social Media" in 2013.

Responsible for the care of 8-10 students in a group home setting. We had 72+ girls go through our care (24/7) during our 9 years on staff ranging from ages 3-18 with multiple educational, relational and emotional needs.

The Academy's approach resulted in a cohesive, cost-effective program that addresses the holistic needs of foster care youth with complete coordination of all service providers, including teachers, psychologists, social workers, child care workers, health care providers, and school and residential administrators.Modality of care: Positive Peer CultureTeacher/Counselor - responsible for day to day schedule, supervision and program implementation. Team Coordinator - responsible for scheduling staff, team training, care of students and program implementation with staff. Family Advocate - represented agency in court of program implantation and progress, conducted parent support groups, worked with families, trained in group meeting facilitation, etc.
