Management of a portfolio of approx. 1300 properties throughout NSW& ACT. This portfolio includes critical Data Centre's, Corporate Headquarters, commercial, retail, industrial and call centre type properties ranging from large high-rise facilities in Sydney's CBD to heritage listed retail outlets in regional centre's.

United Kingdom

To provide a comprehensive maintenance service to BAE Systems (British Aerospace) at 4 sites, the main site, Samlesbury military manufacturing facility that employs over 4 thousand employees. The 400-acre site consists of Administration, manufacturing, and leisure facilities. Working with a core team of 35 technicians based at the sites I am responsible for all Facilities maintenance and the implementation of PPM schedules as well as reactive request's for service. Building conditioning is controlled through a BMS system, which monitors Temperature, humidity, lighting etc. As the Authorized Low Voltage & High Voltage person on site I am responsible for completing permits for safe systems of work. As Emcor has received ISO14001 on all the BAE sites that it maintains, I am responsible for the implementation of these procedures. The quality of the maintenance service is audited on a monthly basis using set KPI's, as is Environmental, and safety issues. Monthly reports are delivered to the client and the Emcor group, budgeting costs, overtime etc.

United Kingdom

I am responsible for an industrial/ distribution site, the planning and implementation of all Electro-mechanical maintenance, monitoring of the BMS to optimize building temperature. I am also responsible for the coordination of all maintenance contracts in relation to the Facility. These include Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm, Passenger Lifts, Fabrication, joinery, landscaping and janitorial etc. I am also responsible for the issuing of work permits, implementation of a computer based inventory of all fixed equipment and portable appliances, risk assessment, Equipment on site consists of conveyors, cutting tables, shrinkwrappers, baler's, compressors, fire pumphouse, fire and intruder alarms. Other responsibilities include being a member of the Health & safety committee.

Saudi Arabia

SOMC are the main technical service contractor to the U.S Army Corps of Engineers-Ordnance Program Division, who in turn provides technical services in support of the Saudi Ordnance Corps Program.The short term aim of the contract is to provide manpower to support the SOCP program, the long term aims of the contract is to train the customers local manpower so that the program can be run independently, without the need of foreign manpower. In respect to this, all technical services personnel must provide on-the-job training to the local manpower. Responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance through planned maintenance and via work orders for the Main Army Supply and Ordnance Depot in Saudi Arabia.

To work throughout the UK on the installation and commissioning of conveyors, palletizes and stackers using telemecanique plc,s for operational control of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
I was also responsible for the training of the on site personnel

To install, service and repair automatic systems throughout the north of England.Machines include conveyor, rollover and high pressure. . The machines use AEG plc's for control of the electrical and puematic systems.

Working on contract to Baxi Heating of Preston, on the electrical installation of a fully automated foundry. Installation included all power systems, conveyors, sandstacks, airborne dust recovery, heat trace, fire protection, single and three phase motors.

Saudi Arabia

To work on contract to SHARQ, ethylene productions plant. Equipment maintained included conveyors, pump houses, irrigation controls, and all power and lighting.

To serve apprenticeship in electrical installation complemented by day and night release to college. Work covered all aspects of industrial, commercial and domestic installations.
