Utilize RS Means Book, Walker, Timberline, and Digitizer to calculate estimates* Oversee construction budget and schedule in all project activities. * Negotiate and prepare subcontracts and scope of work. * Developing cost controls, unit cost rates, time sheets to track costsEstimating and managing projects such as hydro electric dams, tilt up panel projects, liquid waste management facilities, high rise condos, swimming pool facilities, parking structures, and multi unit residential developments. Also involved in Construction Management and design build projects.
