Although retired from my Planning and IT careers, I was hired (May, 2019) as a part time Senior Planner by the Planning Department of the City of Key West for 3 months. Then served as interim Planning Director for the City for 7 months while it sought a permanent Director. I am now a Planning Consultant with the City. I will be working on facilitating affordable and workforce housing efforts. I had extensive urban planning experience while living in Boston (see experience listed below). I also have recently volunteered for the Cancer Foundation of the Florida Keys for workflow automation and for the Key West Art and Historical Society, the Studios of Key West and the Key West Film Festival for events. My goal is to continue to volunteer for projects related to the Arts, Historic Preservation, Community Planning and Development and charitable endeavors. Using information technology to facilitate these projects if applicable. Also available for business analysis for private companies as a paid consultant.

Led planning efforts for new elderly housing, waterfront parks and general development review. Site planner for Christopher Columbus Park, Boston's first major downtown waterfront park. Served as Assistant Director, then Director of Neighborhood Planning. Supervised 20 professional planners in all neighborhood planning and zoning efforts.
