Hello, my name is Roy Boone. I'm just a normal guy, that attempts to do a good job with every aspect of what I do. -COLOSSIANS 3:23 Over the past 10+ years of my employment history, having a background in Industrial Manufacturing and Production in large production plants and quarries, I've held a number of different roles with different companies, some companies longer than others. Those roles ranging from entry-level Laborer, to Mobile Equipment Operator, to Process Attendant and Plant Operator, to Quality Control, Scale House Weigh master, Maintenance, Control Operator, Lead person, Trainer, Supervisor, to Superintendent, worked with Purchasing and Sales, Accounting, worked on budgets to Capital Expenditures... Needless to say, "I've been around the block". With that being said, over the years of my employment, I've learned a great deal of things from first hand experience. Things such as good work habits, as well as poor work habits, and how to apply the good traits to my core values. I've personally experienced great safety cultures in a work place, as well as unfortunately experiencing very poor ones, experienced true integrity and trustworthiness as well as the opposite. I could carry on with more examples of greatness and their opposites, however, I would hope you understand what I'm attempting to explain. I've witnessed and been apart of great things as well as witnessed and been apart of the opposite. Taking knowledge away from those experiences and applying what is good, true, and efficient to my own way of approaching challenges. Making great friendships along the way, and becoming more knowledgeable and hopefully wiser! I am a believer in being honest, trustworthy, empathetic, being helpful to your fellow neighbor, and having a good work ethic. I have are great core values, leadership, and years of actual in the field experience. Anyways, if you are still here and read all the mess I typed above, thank you!
