•Part of an Information Systems and Technical Project Team to Integrate and Harmonize all Management Systems across BPE involving a multi module software package to incorporate all PLC data , Maintenance requirements, Production recording, Tool Room control , Material Data System within a common software package. Presently process owner for deployment/training of a Harmonised Maintenance approach, PLC Manufacturing Data base and Tool room module across 12 European sites. •Co-Ordination all of the 2012/2013 Energy Reduction Projects across BPE. - Involving 50 different Capital Projects across all BPE Plants. •Decommisioning of 2 Manufacturing lines in a third party partner facility in Northern Italy following agreement to supply there customer base from BPE facilities. The Project Management of a Turn Key Contractor to safetly dismantle all equipment and infrastructure and transfer all equipment to Germany. •Energy Reduction Feasibility study at 2 UK manufacturing Facilities - Reviewing all Power and Gas consumption with recommendations for improvements with savings and investment costs. Specific review of waste heat recovery and alternative cooling system technology.•Belgrade Installation of New Production Line - Part of a multi function Project Team to install a 2nd manufacturing line in a Plant in Serbia.•Wrexham Warehouse Sprinkler Project -Installation of a FM Global approved dry sprinkler system.

Maintenance Repair and Operational (MRO) UK Purchasing Project- A 12 mth project working with £4 million Engineering spend that identified £1 million savings by introducing a Category Management Strategy to purchasing.Wrexham Split Manufacturing Line - A concept devised to deliver a solution to the business that resolved the capacity reduction impact that the slower line speed Emboss process created. The project split an existing line in Half from a Dual Printing process to Palletising. The Dual process ran emboss at a speed of 1000cpm whilst the other half of the split ran a standard product at 600 cpm thereby fully optimising the full line speed capacity.Decommision and Installation of a Production Line to a new location - This involved a 4 man Project Management Team with old location last production to first production new location to be completed in 8 weeks. I was responsible for all the structural and mechanical aspects of the project which was delivered on time to budget.

•Widget Insertion Line Operation- Innovative bespoke manufacturing operation to deliver a product that replicated draught beer from metal packaging.It was run as an independent business unit and responsibility covered all manufacturing management functions as well as significant sales/planning and customer relationship mangement. •Embossing Process Development - Innovative development with a customer to deliver added value that was integrated into a can line but required significant operational development to BPE standards in Production, Engineering and Quality.

A pilot role with a major UK customer to explore the benefits of on-site customer relationship management to improve the communication flow and reaction time of the day to day business interaction additional to the normal CTS support. Project results justified the employment of 2 new full time roles to support the UK customer relations strategy of the business.

Following a 4 year apprenticeship worked on all electrical engineering equipment associated with heavy industry continuous process operations.
