Product Owner for Customer Service within Consumer & Community Banking. Owning features as part of a new desktop build for Servicing transactions. As a Business Process Manager, I manage a team of 35 Analysts supporting Credit Card, Retail and Auto Finance servicing operations. My team owns and manages all procedures, new hire training, scripting and process maps across these three lines of business. Within this role I ensure we are in harmony with the organizations strategic goals, identify and correct any potential gaps while meeting regulatory and compliance standards. Additionally, we support initiatives to simplify the business while identifying cost saving benefits in the way of servicing time reduction or demand mitigation.
