• Served as company’s primary SMS (safety management systems) instructor.• Participated in the initial implementation team for SMS at Bristow. • .Advised senior management and prepared detailed reports and presentations regarding department training issues and aircraft capabilities, and effective utilization • Created and delivered required FAA regulatory compliance courseware. • Ensured compliance and documentation of FAA, Part 135 training requirements. • Conducted flight training including: FAR Part 135.293 and FAR 135.299, ground and flight checks.• Conducted check airman duties on: B206, B-407, S-76, and EC-135 aircraft.

• Flew Bell 212/412 and Bell 214ST aircraft in support of oil exploration and production in the region.

• Developed and presented classroom training programs for various training requirements including: semi-annual recurrent pilot training, aircraft transition training, instrument certification, and initial helicopter pilot training.• Developed and implemented Bell 206/212/412 training for more than 60 multi-national pilots. • Developed and managed the annual training budget.• Interfaced directly with Egyptian Ministry of Civil Aviation.

Director of Operations for Lockheed, Saudi Arabian civil defense aviation program supporting 16 KV-107 helicopters. Each aircraft was individually equipped for specific missions including: fire fighting, air ambulance, search and rescue, and VIP operations. My responsibilities included oversight and operational control of four bases throughout the kingdom, manned by 190 pilots, engineers, and support personnel.

Served 11 years in the U.S. Army & Reserves as a Combat Assault Helicopter Pilot, Cargo Helicopter Pilot, Instructor Pilot, Aviation Maintenance Officer and Maintenance Test Pilot.
