In charge for Installation/ Alignment and Commissioning Start-Up of Six Package Ariel Reciprocating Compressor w/ Driven WAUKESHA Engine 16V 275GL in two different project location at Titas Gas Field and Narsingdi Gas Field in Project of BANGLADESH GAS FIELDS COMPANY LTD. ( BGFCL )

• Assist and report to the Lead Commissioning Engineer. Be part of the work preparation team to optimize the pre-commissioning / commissioning activities• Supervise and hands-on the rotating equipment alignment of Gas Turbine Generator unit, water Injection pump, Dead Oil Circulation Pump. Supervise and monitor the pre-comm /commissioning site execution to ensure that all work task is carried out safely with quality and achieve the maximum onshore pre-commissioning and commissioning.• Coordinate & Assisted mechanical vendors perform commissioning activities & mechanical parts installation. Prepare and assist in the preparation of permits, and work packs, wherever required and providing regular updates to the Lead commissioning engineer.• Supervised technicians & coordinated to contractors & vendors’ pre-commissioning/commissioning activities to ensure compliance to approved Operating Test Procedures (OTP) and that all activities are within the project specifications and engineering practice standards of the client.• Responsible for Data collection during execution of Pre-Commissioning, Dynamic Commissioning function Testing, No load / load running test, Vibration and test parameter, Completion of ITR’s.• Supervise for functional and performance testing as per commissioning procedures on process system including associated equipment, static & rotating, such as Pumps, compressor , heat exchanger, etc., as per commissioning procedures, monitor and record vibration , Rpm, bearing temp, line flows and pressure to demonstrate satisfactory system and equipment performance. Verify and ensure operating parameter are within acceptable limits as per specification. • Ensure compliance with all aspects of HSE requirements and technical aspects at all stages of the work and PTW preparation. Participate in task based risk assessments and provide technical input. Actively participate in day-to-day execution of all mechanical activities as directed by Lead Engineer.

• In charge in Pre/commissioning / Commissioning start-up of 3 sets Topside GTG main power generation system of 3 X GE Model LM2500 MV Gas Generator and is a dual free radial system based on the philosophy of N+1 design at any time during normal operating condition 2oo3 of the MV Main Power Gas turbine Generator ( 81EG6000A/B/C) will provide power to the network at 13.8Kv /3 –phase /60Hz. The generator can operate in parallel for both equal and loading of the machines and are designed for continues parallel operation.• Supervise and hands-on the rotating equipment alignment of Gas Turbine Generator unit. Supervise and monitor the pre-comm /commissioning site execution to ensure that all work task is carried out safely with quality and achieve the maximum on-shore pre-commissioning and commissioning.• Supervised pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of engine room & marine equipment, such as boiler, pumps, air compressors, diesel engine electric generators, sewage treatment plant, Fresh water generator unit, Cargo pump, fire water system and auxiliary equipment. Involve in the finalization of mechanical completion and pre-com check sheets. P&ID review and as built improvements. Report to the Commissioning Manager on all matters related to commissioning, and attendance in daily meetings to discuss work progress. Adhere and monitor the schedule and timeframes milestones within the schedule.• Supervised / Witness activities at site gross leak test during dry out steam blowing water circulation pump running test automation, functional test, boiler burner firing test, aqua milling & monitoring hydro test reinstatement of mechanical completion, piping alignment, insulation, attending coordination production meeting & updated daily achievements.

• I am In Charge of Safe Execution of Work in my area including House keeping , Barricading and Signage, Provision of transport for personal and materials and safe deployment of cranes• I will Ensure that my supervisor’s and foreman, Lead the TSTI / BOWTIE discussion in my area.• I will kept the visual management board updated in my area and I will provide the necessary resources to my supervisor/ Foremen for safe execution of work.• I will ensure coordination between various supervisor in my area including simultaneous activities and I will be available during the work duration• Supervised for demolition of old rotating / static equipment and pipes for replacement, Installation/Alignment of new equipment including the method of statement, Job hazard analysis, Health Risk Assessment ( HRA ), Permit to Work, Daily Clearance, TSTI, Risk Analysis, Bow Tie and Tool Box Meeting Attendance• Responsible for Tie-in new piping to Existing line cold work & Hot work including Critical HOT TAPPING Activities.• Inspect the job site and verify the existing condition of pipe demolition identify and locate the pipe lines to be demolish based on the demolition plan / mark-up.• Supervised for the Heavy Lifting of Mechanical equipment which include Installation and Alignment of Dehydro-Sulfurrisation ( HDS ) Reactor, Sour Water Stripper ( SWS ) Column, Pressure Swing Adsorbent (PSA) Vessels, Hydrogen Compressors, SRU Knock out vessels and Fin Fan Coolers. The project is Up Grading of Shell Tabangao Refinery in Batangas City Philippines in order to comply the EURO 4 standard to allowed 50 ppm of Sulfur content of Automotive Diesel Oil ( ADO).Currently, Shell tabangao Refinery is producing 500 ppm of sulfur content and mandated to up grade their refinery.

• Report directly to my Construction Manager• In Charge for installation / Alignment of Two Sets 420MW Coal Fired Steam turbine Generator including the method of statement, Job hazard analysis, Health Risk Assessment ( HRA ), Permit to Work, Daily Clearance, TSTI, Risk Analysis, Bow Tie and Tool Box Meeting Attendance list shall be always on the site for inspection.• Responsible for distribution of approve for construction ( A.F.C.) drawings to my supervisors and foreman• Read and familiarized of my scope of works, specification, quality and productivity• Plan and organized, controls and executes designated work scope• Responsible for meeting on safety, quality and productivity targets on assigned work area• Prepare 3 –months look ahead schedule with forecast quantities and resources loading based on milestone targets.• Formulate preventive or corrective action productivity variances.• Assist project control group in preparation of accomplishment report.• Coordinate with the various support group regarding requirement of our work area.• Daily inspection of work activities in compliance with drawing and specification• Conduct daily progress update meeting with my supervisors and foreman and maintain daily site diaries• Uphold the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, fraud policy, Conflict of Interest and ensures my team’s compliance thereto

Supervised Installation & Alignment of 3 sets Frame 7 Gas Turbine generator and it's Driven Compressor trains 70megawatt Nouvo Pignone.

Responsible for general repair and fault finding, servicing commissioning start- up of Gas Turbine generator, reciprocating compressor and Centrifugal Gas Compressor.

Responsible for Installation and Alignment of machinery include Gear box, delay table, Rollers, vertical Edger, pumps & Motor.
