I lead business development for Lemonade. I have extensive experience in Insurance, payments, high growth companies, entrepreneurship and the public sector. I also lead the Lemonade Crypto Climate Coalition - focused on fighting world hunger with blockchain. Before Lemonade, I co-founded and managed Freesbee, an online payments platform, which raised $2M in funding and partnered with some of the largest banks in Israel. Before Freesbee, as a team leader at the Israeli Ministry of Finance, I conceived and implemented large scale macro-economic reforms pertaining to: digital transformation in large organisations; the Israeli labor market; and financial regulation. I served in the Israeli military intelligence Unit 8200 as a software development section commander and product manager, with 20 soldiers under my command. Received two Outstanding Project Awards during service.
