I have 4 years experience as a 1st level Field Manager in cable maintenance. I also troubleshoot and diagnose problems in the telecommunications copper infrastructure. In addition I troubleshoot fiber-optic troubles as well.My primary focus is the outside plant facilities. I specialize in aerial and underground plant. I diagnose problems from as small as 1 pr up to and including 3600pr subscriber cables. Having a thorough understanding of how dial tone works is essential to being successful in this field.I currently install maintain and troubleshoot FIOS and its related components.
