I am always working to create a better self. I believe I must continue to evolve before in order to not stagnate. During my time at California Lutheran University,earned a B.S. in Business Administration, had part time work, and competed for the Track & Field team. I was able to gain valuable insight from professors and acquaintances. My two jobs during college gave me experience with various administrative roles. I learned how to research more effectively, data entry, customer service, project management skills, etc. After graduating, I decided to challenge myself in a new way and live in a completely different country. I began working for the Japan Exchange Teaching Program from 2013 to 2016. Through this work, I acquired experience with customer service, interpersonal skills, and process improvement expertise. As an assistant teacher, a level of emotional intelligence and adaptability. I believe the world has and will continue to become more open. I want to take lessons from my past and adapt to this dynamically changing global society. As a result, I must find various ways to challenge myself to constantly grow.
