Supporting, developing and advising South Central Strategic Health Authority on strategic inclusion activity for top leaders programmes i.e. senior clinicians, directors and executives as part of the NHS Innovation & Inclusion's National Breaking Through Programme; Advising and supporting Trust boards on improving the senior diverse representation and top leaders; Supporting and influencing regional and national inclusion programmes; Supporting Top Talent placements into roles.

Strategic and advisory equality and diversity (E&D) lead for BNHFT; lead officer for managing the Trusts key E&D statutory requirements; senior management liason and advice, Trust impact assessment advice and guidance; developing, refining and reviewing corporate diversity action plans; preparation of corporate E&D reporting; leading on community and stakeholder E&D engagement; drafting and responding to E&D related, government, Department of Health and Strategic Health Authority (SHA) proposals; and provding advice and suport to Trust staff and management.
