Directing all activities associated within the Marshalling Yard, establishing and driving HSE culture to all parties, developing project execution plans, reviewing operational procedures, identifying resource requirements,Setting aims and milestones and supporting with the project requirements. Supervising contractors’ receipt and issuance of the 32” pipes to pipe carrying vessels that supplied the main pipe laying vessel pioneering spirit. Overseeing the receipt and storage of the pipes in the marshalling yards and maintaining the pipe tracking system CTS from receipt to issuance of the pipes. Overseeing contractors, loading out of the pipes to supply vessels and all pipe movements required during the project duration.Safely transporting 154000 pipes to storage locations and then onto supply vessels. Individual pipe movements total was 980 '000 and 232 supply vessels were successfully loaded without incident. Coordinating loading out and delivering CPI line pipe at 3000 units weekly from various Bulgarian ports utilising transfer ships to provide ALLSEAS Pioneering Spirit pipe lay vessel. Successfully transferring 120K line pipe units without LTI. Overseeing the construction of a newly planned cutting/ prepping plant, successfully refurbishing 20’000 pipe joints for the Turkstream pipeline. Seconded to the receiving terminal in the Republic of Turkey, managing N2 Leak Testing work scope, successfully delivering on time for gas-in requirement. Retaining a deep knowledge of strategic thinking to ease the difficulties of functioning in remote locations, building relations with all stakeholders and guaranteeing all operational tasks concluded in a safe and cost-effective manner. Directing all equipment transfers, appraised plans, measured costs and project spending, assembled carnage/lifting equipment sustaining key points of contact between all parties.
