Technical Drilling Advisor
Current• Working closely with clients and internal teams to aid in the onboarding process and overall operations project management of Directional Drilling services. • Executing on key deliverables to meet project timelines and fully implementing new clients. • Provide analytical and technical skills, as well as project management and business process improvement related to implementation.• Communicating client expectations and requirements to operations teams to ensure a timely and accurate delivery of services.• Participating in client implementation kick off calls and ongoing project meetings with clients. • Onsite client visits for new accounts, or project planning, deployment, training or lunch and learns.• Presentations to clients, ranging from product deployment/development, training, and overall project workflow.• Establishing relationships with current clients to continuously improve the customer experience and overall solution. • Participating in new product releases to clients, including input towards product demonstrations and product material to clients.• Responding to account inquiries.• Technical analysis and advise on well design, torque and drag calculations, drilling optimization, bottom hole assembly recommendations and positive displacement mud-motor specification to clients.• Liaise with operations to ensure a smooth informed drilling process.• Improving the depth of communication with clients on directional drilling products.• Tracking, compiling and reporting failure/damage findings to the client, and clarify technical explanation of the events.
