Led the merger between Biosight and Ayala Pharmaceuticals Inc. and played a major role in the Asset deal between Ayala Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Immunome (Nasdaq: IMNM).Previously served as President & CFO of Exalenz Ltd., a diagnostics company traded on TASE, later acquired by Meridian Bioscience, Inc. (VIVO). Previous to that, served as NDRM's CFO, had a pivotal role in their successful IPO, two Follow-On Offerings on Nasdaq and NDRM's acquisition by Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharmaceutical Corporation for a total of US$1.1 billion.
