During this time, Roy has gained extensive experience in property development and strategic planning, investor relations, joint venture partnership formation, joint venture structuring, property acquisition & divestment, leasing, and property management.

Leading a team of 4 Development Executives responsible for the Development and Strategic Asset Management for all of Scentre Group’s Assets in WA and ACT.

Responsible for managing WRT’s direct property investment in all assets in Australia and New Zealand managed by the Westfield Group. Heavily involved in Investor Relations with all of WRT’s investors.

Responsible for managing Westfield’s direct investment in a number of assets that were managed by AMP and Lend Lease at the time.

Retail Property Developer. Developed 2 major projects in Victoria. The Pines Shopping Centre in East Doncaster and Westfield Geelong

Retail Property Leasing - Westfield North Rocks and Westfield Eastgardens

Management Trainee Programme - 2 year rotational programme through Centre Management, Leasing and Development.
