I've been in this line of work since the age of 13. I am able to score as well as read sheet music. I have been the director of music for several churches, singing groups and workshops for a number of years. At the age of 20, I recorded my first song with the GMWA Sunflower Chapter entitled 'Glorify the Lord', of which details can be found on FAQ. I have written several songs of which are copy written as well. Also, played for several plays in the city and surrounding areas. I have also accompanied a number of renowned Gospel artists such as Dorinda Clark-Cole, Jay Terrell, Darryl Coley and many others. I have sat under wonderful teachings of various professional artists within the GMWA, which has helped to hone my musical skills.

Within a call center structure, I focused on customer service with callers by listening intently to gather the correct information to connect them with their requests. Our callers were with partnered cellphone and cable providers, of which, I maintained a good working relationship to offer great service and retained them as clients for our SMS and 411 services. Monitored incoming calls for quality assurance, call processing time and accuracy. Diffused escalated calls as well as connecting callers to 911 emergency providers.
