• Plan and monitor the complete procurement and purchasing/sub-contracting of Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil packages/products, adhering to company norms and guidelines.• Prepare and issue RFQs based on technical details provided by the engineering team, inviting offers from shortlisted vendors and subcontractors.• Arrange techno-commercial Bids and coordinate with the Engineering team for the technical evaluation of bids, and prepare price comparison sheets for management review and approval.• Handle techno-commercial negotiations with suppliers/sub-contractors, establishing contract terms including price, scope of work, quality, delivery, payment terms, and variations.• Manage the Pre-qualification criteria for selecting vendors based on inputs from Project Consultants and Clients.• Prepare purchase orders, Subcontracts, LOA, Variation orders and other procurement documents in compliance with company policies and procedures.• Review supplier invoices and documentation for accuracy, ensuring timely payment processing and resolution of any discrepancies.• Collaborate with the logistics officer and expeditors to ensure the smooth movement of materials.

 Identify and source Local & International suppliers for various engineering products and services. Manage RFQ/RFP processes, evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate contracts to securecompetitive pricing and favorable terms. Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents in compliance with companypolicies and procedures. Liaise with Shippers and Consignees for Air/Sea export and import shipments, ensuring smoothlogistics operations. Coordination with freight forwarder and supplier to clear the shipment from the port. Monitor all shipments and manage the payment of customs duties at ports. Efficiently schedule driver routes from the warehouse to diverse project sites and supply outlets,optimizing logistics for timely deliveries.

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials, ensuring accurate records are maintained and inventory levels are optimized.• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to the site, tracking orders and addressing any supply chain issues.• Prepare purchase requisitions based on site demands, manage GRN, handle petty cash, and process all documentation sent to accounts department for supplier’s payment.• Coordinate the distribution of materials and tools to various site teams, ensuring efficient usage and minimizing delays in project activities.• Maintain and organize important site documents, such as material receipts, delivery notes, and equipment logs, ensuring compliance with company policies.• Ensure that all materials are stored and handled in compliance with safety regulations, and that the work environment adheres to health and safety standards.
