Thirty years of professional experience in the maintenance and management of hotel properties including India and Qatar looking for new opportunities with a valid driving license• Well Experienced in methods and equipment used in installation, maintenance and repair of electrical and electronics equipment and devices common to large hotel properties and hospitality sector. • Experienced in operations and maintenance of HVAC, Boilers, Pumps, kitchen & Laundry equipments.• Knowledge of safety practices, safe work methods and safety regulations pertaining to the repair and maintenance of electrical and electronic devices particularly in maintaining the effective energy management and preventive maintenance program through BMS.• Ability to plan, organize, estimate, coordinate, assign, review and evaluate the work of subordinate staff and experienced in the development; identification and implementation of effective course of action to complete assigned work. • Well versed to read and interpret drawings, specifications and manuals, exercise independent judgment and initiative within established guidelines, establish and maintain effective working relationships with those encountered in the work.• Experienced to coordinate work assignments with other divisions, departments, contractors or agencies.• Good human resource and systems skills.
