Managed the; was a one person operation and again was giving complete control of the profit and lose statements and all aspects of account management. On site for 9 months during that time operated the account with 97% on time service in a just in time environment and operated at an 88-85% operating ratio.Transferred to Covington, VA to be Operations Manager for the Westvaco paper account which at the time was the largest J.B. Hunt Logistics account. Managed a staff of 20 that operated 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Shut down the account at the end of the contract. Promoted and transferred to J.B. Hunt Headquarters in Lowell, AR and became an Operations Manager for the Weyerhaeuser Fine Paper account with a staff of 10. This job involved a great deal of travel to various Weyerhaeuser mills and various headquarters. Promoted to Operations Manager for the Office Depot account which had a staff of 20 people. Took this account over in the middle of a start up that was failing and had to add and train staff rapidly to achieve the support and success expected by Office Depot.
