I joined the bar after completing pupillage with Mr. Douglas Kwok, Ms. Queenie WS Ng, Mr. Erik Shum and Mr. Phil Chau.I am developing a broad civil and criminal practice. On the civil side, I was exposed to areas such as personal injuries, land law and adverse possession, family law, probate and trust, company law, insolvency, bankruptcy, judicial review, and general civil and commercial law. On the criminal side, I assisted in both prosecution and defence works. Aside from general crimes, I was exposed to areas such as white-collar crimes, constitutional law, human rights and public order offences. I regularly assist in drafting IPO advices for the listings of companies on the Main Board and GEM Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.I have represented defendants in courts for mentions and mitigations. I have also handled civil cases in the areas of general civil and commercial law, personal injuries, land law and adverse possession, family law, probate and trust, and bankruptcy, in my own right or being led. I am also a contributor at LexisNexis in relation publications concerning employment laws.
