In my most recent position as a Solutions Architect, I supported communication between InComm and Linq3 personnel as Linq3 intellectual property transitioned to InComm. I offered lottery interface expertise to product owners and software implementation teams to educate them about the lottery industry. I examined the use of technologies to define direction for process improvements such as automation of developer-level builds for automated testing and enhancement of developer testing processes through containerization in the cloud.The following are highlights of the value I have brought to the company:• Presided as a member of the Solutions Architect Guild collaborating with internal and external technical teams for evaluation of innovative technologies such as cloud, container, and automation solutions. • Designed modifications for a fraud monitoring system by creating an artificial intelligence and machine learning solution, including model evaluation, normalization, data analysis, and aggregation. • Instrumental in the transition from Linq3 systems such as Confluence, Jira, and CVS to InComm.

As a professional with Linq3 Technologies, I was employed as the third employee with the company, building teams within S/W development, system administration, and quality assurance. I effectively cooperated with technical staff on the completion of crucial projects. I collaborated with offshore teams on product modifications. I communicated effectively with external Lottery Operators on QuickTicket implementation design. I participated with product owners on the definition of product requirements and systems designed for Lottery Card and QuickTicket products.The following are highlights of the value I have brought to the company:• Drove the transition from legacy technologies such as CVS and Mantis to current technologies such as Jira and GIT.• Assumed the role of Systems Integrity Product owner. • Decreased deployment times while boosting efficiency and reliability through the design of automated testing systems.

During my time as a Director of Core Development, I defined and ensured software development processes from conception through to deployment. I expertly designed and implemented all of Linq3’s products. I assumed management of a staff of five developers and one QA, later growing to a team of seven developers, three QA personnel, one build engineer, in addition to a team of offshore contractors.The following are highlights of the value I have brought to the company:• Successfully designed numerous MySQL database table schemas and stored procedures. • Utilized Agile Scrum methodologies in the migration away from waterfall to improve release quality.

While working as a Director of Partner Implementation, I held responsibility for effective cooperation with technical staff to define and document communication protocols between companies. I generated user interfaces and directed communication specifications for screen prototypes and end results on devices. I consistently partnered with external companies and internal staff members.The following are highlights of the value I have brought to the company:• Presided as a Technical Contact for four payment processors and three manufacturing companies.• Achieved strict PCI DSS certification through internal staff and PCI auditor collaboration on policies and standards. • Directed the creation of proprietary protocols that permitted external companies to communicate with the system. • Identified maintenance issues and collaborated with MN lottery staff on system bring up.

When serving as a Senior Engineer, I completed site visits to partner locations to obtain knowledge of their environments and explain the benefits of our company solutions. I assessed software and hardware, VoIP solutions, and data center locations. I partnered with the Chief Technology Officer to build infrastructure and software to manage credit card transactions, communicate with state regulatory commissions, and interface with additional partners.The following are highlights of the value I have brought to the company:• Spearheaded development of a strong micro-service based multi-site transaction processing system with secure communications protocols. • Cultivated a software monitoring system, database schema, and internal communication protocol with both failover and load balancing abilities. • Aggressively negotiated contracts for network connectivity, building leases, data center space, and phones.
