- Manage portfolio advisory and modeling services team to deliver risk management solutions (e.g. economic capital tool, correlation model development, Basel II/ III compliant, stress testing framework, ICAAP implementation, etc) in APAC region- Provide portfolio advisory services (e.g. economic capital tool, correlation model development, stress testing framework, Basel II/ ICAAP implementation, best practice in risk management, etc) to financial institutes, mainly in Asia Pacific Region- Conduct Economic Capital Methodology and its business application trainings for audience from different backgrounds which varies from quantitative personnels to business users, from operational staff to senior management- Analyze clients’ credit portfolios, recommend proper portfolio actions to enhance the quality of the portfolios and advise clients’ senior management on both credit and liquidity risk areas, including market best practices and regulatory requirements- Develop credit risk models for various types of exposures, ranging from sovereign, FI (expert judgment models), wholesale, SME (hybrid models) to retail (statistical models)- Drive and support business development by sharing my banking knowledge and experience through seminar/ conference and working with Sales on the key prospects- Work collaboratively with other teams (Research, Tech, Sales, Quantitative Assurance and Product) within the company- Act as a speaker presenting in Risk Management Conference (audience size > 250)
