Assess used cases and requirements. Propose technical solutions. Prepare quotations, writeup and diagrams on the proposed technical solutions. Present technical solutions and reply to technical queries. Marketing Promotion Provide technical advisory on marketing initiatives. Participate in marketing outreach activities. Post-Sales Support Install and configure software applications, IoT devices, networking appliances.Update status and progress, issues and risks Work with other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and resolution. Prepare user training and operation materials. Conduct user training. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and post-implementation. Project Coordination & Liaison Liaise with customers and other stakeholders on the implementation of the solutions, products. Update status and progress on implementation. Communicate issues and risks relating to implementation. Monitor and report on implementation.
