Currently, I work in the security division of the department of Labor and Industry administering Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. The systems that I use on a daily basis are Microsoft's Active Directory 2008 R2, Siteminder, and Identity Minder. Routine Duties Performed :> interface with various departments and agencies to resolve technical and management problems encountered by customers accessing the resources protected by the departments IAM system> review system log files for errors and potential problems> write standards and processes for administering the IAM systems> share knowledge and train new employees> document inventory of systems used by the IAM team> assist with writing and managing internal projects regarding upgrades and system enhancementsMy primary responsibility is liaison between the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS ) agency and the IAM team to secure resources accessed by over 1 million internal and external customers.

As an automation management officer I was responsible for the Combat Service Support Automation Management Office (CSSAMO). The CSSAMO managed over 200 logistical information systems for the Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB). During a 2009 deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) I was responsible for 19 soldiers, 20 satellite systems, and over 1 million dollars of equipment. Accomplishments:> installed, maintained, and facilitated training for all logistical information systems deployed in our area of operation > Managed the project for the installation of a WAN between 3 forward operation bases and a LAN installed to support aviation maintenance> Supervised the training and cross training of all 19 soldiers> Conducted annual and biannual performance counseling> As needed conducted behavioral and performance counseling (both verbal and written)> Maintained 100% accountability of equipment assigned to my office

Windows Systems administrator for a contract at Case New Holland. Administer windows 2000 active directory managing user’s access to company resources. I was a member of a nationwide team that mananged data backups, maintained over 200 windows servers remotely located in Wisconsin.Key Results:> upgraded Windows NT servers to Windows 2000> maintained inventory of IT hardware located on site in New Holland> conducted root cause analysis of windows system problems> rotated on call supporting manufacturing in Toranto Canada and Brazil

Initially hired as a junior windows server system administrator for a contract with the Justice Network (JNET). Within the first year I was promoted to windows server system administrator. My responsibilities increased from operating a help desk supporting the applications used by the JNET clients to leading a team in upgrading the hardware infrastructure for 3 environments (Dev,test, and Prod). Included in my responsibilities was maintaining hardware inventory, documenting system configuration and standard operating procedures. Addiitonally, I successfully planned, executed, and delivered two projects; upgrading to a cisco class 2600 switch in the production and test environments, and installing a fiber connected SAN in the prodution and test environments.
