I’ve always been a great technical problem solver, a technophile obsessed with the latest C++ standards (C++11/14/17). I have been working as a Techinal Architect for 4 years. Currently working as a Project Manager(Software) for last 2 years in Quest Global.I'm a graduate in Electronics and Communication found calling in Software development, started the career as a software engineer in MPhasiS Company India and currently working in Quest Global.I'm a passionate active learner, who used to spent quality time in learning new language features such as latest C++ standards(C++11\14\17). As a Technical Architect, my role is to coordinate, design, support and review various technical aspects of projects that I'm responsible for along with mentoring and training the fresh candidates recruited to project.I'm an active participant in various recruitment drives for interviewing both fresh candidates and experienced professionals with skills in C++. Also used to provide technical training in C++ for the engineers especially freshers who are new to C++. I strongly believe I am a good mentor with good employee engagement skills. Till date I have been successful in training ~200 employees in C++ there by helping them to get an excellent career start and efferently contribute to project right from beginning of their career.Overall Work Experience : 18 YearsPrimary skills
