Lead team of Service Engineers planning daily work, offshore work & overseas work. Plan individual development plans for engineers. Equipment certification. Liase with customers 3rd party Inspector's prior to Hires commencing. Maintain all equipment maintenance records up to date.

Liase with Service Manager organising engineers daily planning including offshore planning. Also make sure equipment available for customer projects. Insure equipment certification up to date including lifting and vessel inspections. Continue to carry out Inspector duties.March 20 due to Covid take over all duties of Service Manager until role made permanent Jan 21.

Loag/Unload equipment for hire. Inspect equipment before loading out for hire and returning from hire. Carry out reports. Take care of hose management including inspection of hoses and maintaining hose certification.

Delivering hire equipment to customers all over the country including towable machines. Forklift duties including loading own van and unloading/loading equipment. Banksman duties on heavy equipment up to 20t.
