Sr Maintenance Engineer
CurrentIndustrial machine and automation engineer with management experience. Electronics, hydraulics, 3 phase electrical systems delta/wye. AC/DC, VFD, digital and other drives. High and low voltage controls, smart controls, all types of schematics interpretation. AB, Siemens, Omron, & other plc & hmi programming, troubleshooting and retrofitting. Industrial HVAC, chillers, compressed air systems, also bridgeport machining, lathes, welding, pipe fitting & plumbing. Machine upgrades and modifications. 5S, OSHA, GMP & ISO. Wide web & other offset printing, injection molding & extrusion, material mixing, batching & conveying, hydraulic stamping, punch presses, laminators, boilers, tension controls, continuous web machinery. I perform all levels of engineering & troubleshooting on industrial production equipment. I train associates in classrooms, shop or video. I develop and employ training for industrial technicians & engineers including the design, development and application of portable 3 phase to low voltage labs, emulating actual production machinery. Training is applied to actual in-plant & real-time applications. I develop, control, operate and maintain CMMS systems for the entire facility. I am currently utilizing Hippo CMMS software. I engineered and implemented exhaust blower systems from 1k cfm to 65k cfm.I perform arc flash studies, energy cost analysis and many other maintenance engineering applications including project management, maintenance planning & scheduling. I am proficient with excel, word and PowerPoint.
