Responsible as Facilities Engineer and Subject Matter Expert on ICS design engineering compliance for Pre-FEED, FEED,and Detail Engineering design project development in Chevron KLO area, including the followings: HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, and SIL study,Engineering Design Basis, P&ID, Cause & effect matrix,System architecture, System Functional Design Spec,Instrument datasheets, Hookup & arrangements, Layout plan, Material Take Off   Management roles: Develop Engineering Workplan schedule and costing for Capital Engineering project in FE&CP department. Managing manpower loading for Instrument Control, Electrical, and Piping mechanical, with inhouse team consist of 4 engineers and 7 designers. Managing multi-disciplinary engineering coordination between I&C, Electrical, Process Safety, Civil structure, Piping, and Mechanical as PIC.Managing 2 external contractor Work Order for blangket Engineering Service with more than 40 head count of engineers, designers, and drafters.Conduct functional approval review for Inhouse and Contractor engineering design outputs

Final responsibility of project execution, budgetary & cost control, and proposal development for Integrated Control, Shutdown System, and Instrumentation projects.
