Raised in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, Roy graduated from Ridge High School in 1980 and earned a BSBA degree from Slippery Rock University in 1984.In 1984, he founded Lincoln Agency, a real estate brokerage firm located on Route 22 in Greenbrook. In the early 1990s, Lincoln Agency merged with Jeffery Realty. While actively engaged in brokerage, Roy honed his skills as a principal investor. By the mid-1990s, he devoted 100% of his time to aggressively acquiring, re-developing, and repositioning retail and industrial opportunities.Roy's extensive expertise involves over 200 commercial investment real estate transactions. As the driving force behind Commerce Park Investors, his current focus is on acquiring industrial properties, leading their build-out and renovation, and strategically positioning them for optimal tenant occupancy.Presently, Roy oversees a portfolio of approximately 50 industrial and retail properties in New Jersey and Lehigh Valley, PA.
