Working closely with the receiving clerk to log in and evaluate incoming merchandise, we generated documentation for shipments as necessary. Calls were made to technicians and vendors when the location or origin of shipments was in question. In a 5 month period, I succeeded in reducing outstanding RMAs by in excess of 80%.Although this position was intended as a temp-to-hire position, the company's performance prevented a direct hire and my assignment ended June 13, 2014.
